Anthony Lake has been a member of Gillen Withers & Lake LLC since 2001.  Anthony Lake is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Wake Forest University School of Law. Mr. Lake's practice focuses on criminal law and civil litigation in both federal and state courts. Mr. Lake is also experienced in appellate practice. He has special emphasis on corporate, white-collar and environmental criminal law, as well as civil whistleblower and class action litigation. Mr. Lake has lectured on federal sentencing issues.

Mr. Lake is admitted in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, as well as Georgia courts.
