Attorney Tom Withers has achieved numerous outstanding successes in private practice and before that as the Chief of the Criminal Section for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. Mr. Withers has successfully represented corporations, executives, businessmen, public officials, government employees, judges, attorneys and other clients in high-profile and complex Federal and State criminal proceedings throughout Georgia and the nation.
Mr. Withers employs his experience and skill at every stage of the representation, and has had remarkable successes in negotiating the termination of criminal investigations prior to indictment, in winning dismissals of indictments and in obtaining not guilty verdicts for his clients. In other cases, Mr. Withers has won probated or greatly reduced sentences for clients, and has successfully pursued appeals for clients in Federal and State courts of appeals.
