Not Guilty Verdicts Returned on All Counts in Drug-Trafficking Criminal Trial

In a criminal drug trafficking case which began with a 12-person, 90-count indictment – and where 11 of the 12 named co-conspirators opted not to go to trial – Thomas A. Withers helped secure not guilty verdicts on all counts as the second-chair attorney in the criminal trial of the final named defendant.
