Indictment Dismissed - U.S. v. S.P.C., Case No. CR 611-16

One week before trial the government dismissed the indictment against S.P.C. bringing an end to all charges against client of Mr. Withers in a case pending in the Southern District of Georgia. Case No. CR 611-14
